Kon-Choon is the Inquisitor [head of intelligence and spies] of the Republic of Real People. First seen in the epilog of Iron Gray Sea. when he interviews Toryu Miyata.
In Storm Surge he meets Greg Garrett and others on USS Donaghey.
In Deadly Shores he meets Captain Reddy, Adar, Keje, and others of Second Fleet South. He accompanies USS Donaghey has one other meeting after the Sub attack. He continues to the Republic of Real People aboard Donaghey. During the voyage he and Bekiaa-Sab-At begin their romance.
