Sir Harrison Reed was an antagonist of Gerald McDonald, the Governor-Emperor of the Empire of New Britain Isles. To "save" his nation, he conspired with representatives of the Holy Dominion and attempted to kill all the government officials at the Dueling Grounds including Gerald NcDonald. Matthew Reddy killed him with an M1911 Colt in Rising Tides.
