Summary Edit

1940s map of southern North America.  In this post colonial world we don't know the world of the Destroyermen this will help with proper period spelling as place names, political allegiance, and boundaries have changed since then.  Blurryness on edges is to scaning large map where it lifts off the plate or copying from a book getting exactly square is difficult with such large books.  Sorry about the pencil line from Pocatello Idaho to San Nicholas Island I was an eight year old prirate and wanted an island close by to stash my loot after reading Tresure Island.

All these 1940s maps come from the 'Collier's World Atlas and Gazetteer," my mother bought in WW II to keep track of her two brothers in the service, the title page is missing so I have no idea of actual publication date but must be from 1942 to 1944.
